I led a design team that included a mid-level product designer, a junior product designer, and a graphic designer. My role was to guide the team through the entire process — from planning and idea generation to final designs. I established the design structure we worked from, assigned tasks based on each team member’s strengths, and ensured our work aligned with the project goals. Along the way, I provided feedback, kept everything organized, and helped bring the overall vision to life.
