Overview
The goal was to design a mobile esports betting app for Android and iOS, built for fans who love to bet on their favorite teams in real time. One of the key requirements was to create a flexible and scalable design system that making it easy for partners to reskin the product without breaking consistency.
Role
I led a design team that included a mid-level product designer, a junior product designer, and a graphic designer. My role was to guide the team through the entire process — from planning and idea generation to final designs. I established the design structure we worked from, assigned tasks based on each team member’s strengths, and ensured our work aligned with the project goals.
